Third lot back from the oceanfront will have views of the ocean and the sound with quick and easy beach access. Note that some aerial photos were taken at 30 feet to show the probable view from your newly constructed beach home. It is a great lot in the Frisco beach area for a large home with driveway access on Tides Edge. Build what you want rather than trying to make do with an existing house in a market with very limited inventory. A 2022 Survey, soil testing, and subdivision covenants are available. Some selective lot clearing and loads of fill have been accomplished, leaving a nice buffer of trees for privacy.
